By subscribing to or using services provided by TCCS – Trash Can Cleaning Solutions ("TCCS," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Customer") agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services Provided
TCCS provides curbside trash and recycling bin cleaning for residential customers. We use high-pressure, high-temperature water and eco-conscious methods to clean, sanitize, and deodorize your bins. All packages include cleaning for up to 2 bins. Additional bins may be cleaned for an added fee.
Services are currently available only within designated local service areas. Availability is subject to change.

2. Service Requirements
To ensure quality service and safety for our technicians:
Bins must be placed curbside by 8:00 AM on the scheduled cleaning day and must be completely empty.
We will not clean bins containing or contaminated with:
Grass clippings
Animal feces (e.g., dog waste)
Cat litter
Paint (spilled, smeared, or dried)
Sharp objects, hazardous waste, or unbagged sticky debris

Bins that do not meet these requirements will be skipped and not refunded.

3. Pricing & Minimum Commitments
Each plan includes service for 2 bins. Additional bins incur an extra charge.

Monthly Plan – $29/month
3-month minimum commitment
Additional bins: $9/month

Quarterly Plan – $49 every 3 months
2-cycle minimum commitment (6 months total)
Additional bins: $9/quarter

One-Time Cleaning – $89
No subscription or commitment
Additional bins: $19/each

By subscribing to any recurring plan, you authorize TCCS to charge your payment method automatically at the stated interval until canceled in accordance with Section 5.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled after fulfilling the minimum term.

4. Payments
All payments are securely processed via Stripe.
If payment fails or is declined, service will be paused until resolved.
Receipts and confirmations will be sent via email.

5. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription any time after fulfilling the minimum commitment.
No refunds are issued for services already completed.
Early cancellation is subject to full payment of the remaining commitment.
One-time cleanings are non-refundable once completed or attempted under the stated service conditions.
TCCS reserves the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis and issue service credits at our discretion.

6. Rescheduling & Missed Cleanings
Cleanings may be rescheduled due to weather, holidays, or equipment issues. You will be notified.
If your bin is not visible or empty, or contains prohibited residue, the cleaning will be skipped without refund.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re not satisfied with your cleaning, contact us within 24 hours of service. We will re-clean or provide a service credit at our discretion.

8. Liability Disclaimer
TCCS is not liable for damage to bins with pre-existing cracks, warping, or other defects.
We are not responsible for issues caused by wildlife, third parties, or uncontrollable circumstances.

9. Modifications to Terms
TCCS may update these terms at any time. By continuing to use our services, you accept any changes.
We will post the latest version of these terms on our website with an updated Effective Date. It is your responsibility to review changes before continuing service.

11. SMS/Text Message Communication
By providing your phone number and subscribing to our services or submitting a request via our website, booking forms, or Facebook ads, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Trash Can Cleaning Solutions related to appointments, promotions, and service updates. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply "STOP" at any time to opt out. Reply "HELP" for customer service.

We do not sell or rent your phone number to any third parties. Your information is protected according to our Privacy Policy.
